Soak cooked ragi sevai in milk and refrigerate
Mix banana and papaya along with honey.
Mix the fresh curd and cane sugar without any lumps
Chop the cashews and dates and mix with the raisins.
In a tall glass add banana and papaya mix first
Then add a tablespoon of ragi soaked in milk
Then add a table spoon of curd mix
Then add the water melon cubes
Then add the ragi sevai again
Add the sabja seeds soaked in water
Then add curd layer again
Garnish with chopped dry fruits.
Serve chilled
Ragi sevai is a healthy alternative for falooda sev . Instead of icecream i have used fresh curd and cane sugar mix.
